Build and scale our core B2B marketplace platform using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You will work on performance-critical features serving thousands of concurrent users.

Regional Sales Manager — North India
Delhi NCR 4–8 Years ₹14–22 LPA
Own revenue targets for North India, manage a team of 5 field sales executives, and build relationships with top FMCG and pharma brands seeking distribution partners.
Marketing
Performance Marketing Specialist
Remote 2–4 Years ₹10–15 LPA
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns with a monthly budget of ₹20L+. Own CAC, ROAS and conversion rate targets for both brand and distributor acquisition funnels.
Design
Senior UI/UX Designer
Bangalore / Remote 3–5 Years ₹15–22 LPA
Lead design for our marketplace, mobile app, and onboarding flows. Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and work closely with engineering to ship pixel-perfect experiences.

Customer Success Manager
Gurugram 2–5 Years ₹8–13 LPA
Own NPS and retention for 200+ premium brand accounts. Proactively engage with customers, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve escalations with empathy and urgency.
Technology
Data Engineer — Analytics Platform
Remote 3–6 Years ₹20–30 LPA
Build and maintain our real-time data pipeline processing 5M+ events/day. Proficiency in Python, Spark, BigQuery and dbt required. Experience with B2B SaaS analytics a big plus.
